My Journey

I know what it feels like to struggle with weight, consistency and emotional eating.

After losing over 100 pounds, I learned that real transformation goes deeper than diet and exercise.

It requires addressing your habits, your mindset, and your faith — together.

Like many women, I’ve also experienced seasons of setbacks. Injuries, stress, and emotional eating reminded me that this journey is ongoing.

Today, I help women rebuild their health through a balanced, faith-centered approach — focusing on spirit, soul, and body
