My Weight Loss Story
Yep, that’s me over 20 years ago at age 25 and me now!
I am no stranger to the effort it takes to lose weight.
Having tipped the scales at over 250 pounds, I have lost over 100 pounds and have managed to keep it off.
I am also no stranger to the struggles of yo-yo dieting and being overwhelmed by what feels like conflicting information. Low carb, high fat, balanced meals, eat 6X a day, snack, don’t snack, etc. Weight loss programs, soup diets – you name it, I’ve tried it.
What does that mean for you? I have made a lot of mistakes and learned a lot, too and I am sharing my knowledge with you. I am here to encourage you and give you the tools you need to succeed.
So much has happened besides the obvious weight loss over the past 20 years. It continues to be a journey of self-discovery. It is through my personal struggle with weight, both physically and emotionally that I discovered my passion for fitness and the necessity for God in all things.
