Service Description
Full body workouts including bursts of cardio, compound movements and strength training. A class suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications and advanced movements are offered to accommodate the various levels of fitness. 12 Virtual Sessions Total Body: 4 weeks. Up to 1 hour per session. 3x a week Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays 5am to 6am Cancellation Policy: For packages – No refunds. Purchased packages must be cancelled in its entirety no later than 1 week prior to the start date of class. Sessions are not held on holidays. However, other session recordings are made available. If you miss a class, a recording may be made available at the discretion of PurposeFit, LLC
