Service Description

A full body workout including bursts of cardio, compound movements and strength training. A class suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications and advanced movements are offered to accommodate the various levels of fitness. 16 sessions for $140 Total Body 8-week intervals Up to 1 hour per session, 2x a week Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am to 8am 8 weeks followed by 1 week off Cancellation Policy: For packages – No refunds. Purchased packages must be cancelled in its entirety no later than 1 week prior to the start date of class. Sessions are not held on holidays. However, other session recordings are made available. If you miss a class, a recording may be made available at the discretion of PurposeFit, LLC
